Romsley & Hunnington History Project

The Romsley and Hunnington History Project brings together a group of enthusiasts to transcribe and analyse documents which illuminate the history of our two villages. The results are being made available through this website and may well lead to new Society publications. In particular, the group is transcribing Romsley and Hunnington wills and inventories from the 16th and 17th centuries.During late 2012 the Group will meet in Romsley Village Hall at 2.30pm. on: Wednesday 10th October Wednesday 7th November Wednesday 12th December The Project is funded by the generous bequest of Robert Deeley, for many years a strong supporter of the work of the Romsley and Hunnington History Society.
