Further up Romsley Hill was another beerhouse, variously called the Top Sawyer, the Foresters Arms or the Fox Hunt, the names all referring to Joseph Hunt, a woodman and beerhouse keeper, who built the house about 1838. It was later run by Joseph Hunt's, daughter Hannah Dutton and closed as a pub in 1910.
