Redhill Farm, Hunnington
Redhill Farm was purchased by Harry Vincent about 1920. The last tenant was Joseph Smart, whose family also held Newbrook Farm over the boundary in Frankley parish. The house was demolished about 1960, but this fine red-brick barn remained intact until it was destroyed by fire in 1988. Redhill Farm is still owned by Hillsdown Holdings, who took over the Blue Bird Toffee Factory in 1986. |
